Are these the official NCERT PDFs?

Is every subject filtered to Hindi only?

Almost all of them. A few subjects publish their Hindi edition under a distinct book name rather than an explicit language tag, so those subjects still list every language; the Hindi title is usually the one written in Hindi transliteration.

Why does my subject list look empty until I pick a class?

Subjects vary by class, so the subject dropdown only fills in once a class is selected, and the book dropdown only fills in once a subject is selected.
